For instance, Arizon Digital may collect the following information about you: name, address, zip code, telephone number and email address. Notwithstanding any other provision, we partner with third parties that collect information across various channels, including offline and online, for purposes of delivering more relevant advertising to you or your business. A hashed version of your email address, which cannot be un-hashed for the use of sending any emails, may be sent to our partners to help recognize you across different channels and platforms, including but not limited to, computers, mobile devices, including TV addressability, over time for advertising, analytics, attribution, and reporting purposes. For example, Arizon Digital Customers may customize the data that is requested via the Tools and may request and collect other information, such as your favorite color or birthdate. Arizon Digital shall not be responsible for the activities of Arizon Digital Customers. Specifically, Arizon Digital does not control and shall not be responsible in the event an Arizon Digital Customer requests sensitive information from you, such as financial, health, and medical information. By voluntarily providing us with Personal Information, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Policy. If you provide Personal Information to the Site or through the other Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Information may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Arizon Digital and their third parties.
Non-Identifiable Data: When you interact with Arizon Digital through the Services, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. If you enter your Personal Information in any Tool on an Arizon Digital Customer’s website, we may share such Personal Information with the applicable Arizon Digital Customer and such Arizon Digital Customer’s service providers, as requested by such Arizon Digital Customer.
We may also share your Personal Information with our affiliates for purposes consistent with this Policy.
Accountability for Onward Transfer
Arizon Digital may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) comply with a legal obligation, (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Arizon Digital, (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or (d) protect against legal action by private parties or governmental entities.

We suggest contacting those sites, services, entities, or persons directly for information on their privacy policies.
6. Children’s Online Privacy Protection
Arizon Digital does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through the Services without their permission.
